Sex Offender Treatment Center Near Children

07/01/09 - OSU Extention service has a sex offender treatment center near the Lane County fairgrounds. Parents are outraged, located near the center is a 4-H facility. When the 4-H parents stated there concerns to OSU extention service said in short, " We never have meetings when children are around".
