New Hearing Scheduled

Eugene - Lamichael James has a new hearing scheduled quote “A new change of plea and sentencing.” James previously pleaded not guilty to strangulation, two accounts of assault, and two accounts of harassment. It’s not clear exactly how James will change his plea, and what charges will be included. We called the District Attorney’s office, and James’s lawyer, however the defense lawyer did not return our call, and the Chief District Attorney’s said she could only confirm a hearing was scheduled.
