Fires Believed To Be Arson

Eugene - Police are investigating a string of fires they believe maybe arson. The latest were two small fires at the Faith Center at 13th and Polk. Firefighters were able to put them out quickly, but they did some smoke damage in the churches office. Police believe the same person may have targeted the church on Saturday. “Because they are hitting a variety of targets, I don’t think we are taking it as personally. Obviously the person as some serious issues and we hope they apprehend him, and he gets treatment,” Jim Thomas explains. If you know anything please call Eugene police.
